Built on trust
Transparent From Day One
Transparent onboarding
A clear, written scope of work, agreed tools and channels, and a named point of contact before any work begins.
Confidentiality by default
Confidentiality expectations in writing, NDAs signed on request, and discretion with everything we see in your systems.
Secure access practices
Least-privilege access, individual logins or password managers instead of shared passwords, and access removed when no longer needed.
Careful data handling
Your data stays in your systems wherever possible. We don't copy client data to personal devices or unapproved tools.
Responsible AI use
AI tools are used only where you approve them, with a person checking every output, and never with confidential data you haven't cleared.
Honest communication
Clear expectations on availability, turnaround and scope. If something isn't a good fit, we'll say so.
FAQ
Questions Before You Delegate?
What happens after the consultation?
We'll summarise what we heard, recommend a support arrangement and send a proposal. Once you agree, we plan onboarding: tool access, communication channels, task priorities and how you'd like progress reported.
How will we communicate day to day?
Through the channels you already use: Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, WhatsApp, Asana, Trello or similar. We agree response expectations and a regular check-in rhythm during onboarding so you always know what's in progress.
How do I track what my assistant is working on?
We agree a reporting format that suits you: a shared task board, an end-of-day summary, a weekly report, or a combination. The goal is visibility without you having to chase updates.
Do you work with businesses outside the USA, UK, Australia and Canada?
Our services are designed for businesses in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada, but we're happy to talk to businesses elsewhere if the working arrangement and time-zone overlap fit.
How do time zones work between Kenya and my business?
Kenya runs on East Africa Time (UTC+3) all year, with no daylight saving. That puts Nairobi 2-3 hours ahead of the UK, 7-8 hours ahead of US and Canadian Eastern time, 10-11 hours ahead of Pacific time (Los Angeles, Vancouver), and 7-8 hours behind Sydney. We agree working hours with you during onboarding: some clients want live overlap with their business day, others prefer work completed overnight so it's ready each morning.
Can my assistant work during my business hours?
Often, yes. Working hours are agreed before your engagement starts and depend on the role and the overlap you need. We'll be upfront about what's practical for your time zone rather than promising round-the-clock cover.
